Final Sale, Return and Refund Agreement

Important Notice

All Bible for Young Minds products are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.

Except for the narrow remedies expressly stated in this agreement or rights that cannot legally be waived, every purchase is final, non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Please review the product, upgrade, price, Digital Download Fee, complete order total, and purchase button carefully before completing your transaction.

Agreement and Acceptance

This Final Sale, Return and Refund Agreement applies to every purchase made from Bible for Young Minds.

By clicking, tapping, or otherwise selecting a clearly labeled purchase, order, payment, add-on, or upgrade button, you confirm that:

• You reviewed the product, add-on, or upgrade being offered;
• You reviewed the displayed price and applicable Digital Download Fee;
• You understand that the product is delivered digitally;
• You understand that no physical product will be shipped;
• You authorize the displayed charge;
• You request that digital delivery begin immediately; and
• You accept this agreement and its final-sale conditions.

If you do not accept these conditions, do not select the purchase button or complete the transaction.

All Digital Sales Are Final

A digital purchase becomes final immediately after the product is delivered, emailed, unlocked, displayed, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to the customer.

Delivery is considered completed when a download link, access instructions, product file, member-area access, or another method of access is sent to the email address provided at checkout or made available through the purchase confirmation page or customer account.

Digital products cannot be physically returned. Failure to open, download, print, read, use, or benefit from a successfully delivered product does not create eligibility for a refund.

Purchasing the same product, package, version, add-on, or upgrade more than once does not create eligibility for a refund. Customers are responsible for reviewing their previous purchases and current order before submitting payment.

Except for the limited remedies expressly stated below, customers accept responsibility for mistaken selections, nonuse, personal dissatisfaction, and failure to review an offer before purchasing.

Optional $59.99 Digital Upgrade

Certain Bible for Young Minds offers include an optional digital upgrade that provides additional or enhanced digital materials beyond the customer’s original purchase.

The optional upgrade is a separate, one-time purchase of $59.99 USD. It is not a subscription or recurring charge.

The $59.99 upgrade price is additional to the customer’s original order total. Purchasing the upgrade does not cancel, replace, reduce, credit, reimburse, or refund the original purchase unless the upgrade offer expressly states otherwise.

Customers may decline the optional upgrade and retain their original purchase without adding the upgraded digital materials.

Selecting a clearly labeled button that identifies the optional upgrade and displays its $59.99 price constitutes the customer’s affirmative authorization to purchase the upgrade.

This authorization applies whether the selection is made using a mouse, trackpad, keyboard, touchscreen, mobile phone, tablet, computer, accessibility device, or another input method controlled by the customer.

The optional $59.99 digital upgrade becomes final, non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable immediately after the upgraded materials are delivered, emailed, unlocked, accessed, downloaded, displayed, or otherwise made available.

Accidentally selecting the upgrade, clicking or tapping the upgrade button unintentionally, failing to read the offer, changing your mind, or later deciding that the upgraded materials are unnecessary does not create eligibility for a refund when the upgrade, price, and purchase action were clearly presented.

The optional $59.99 upgrade is subject to the same customer-selection, device-security, delivery, intellectual-property, payment-dispute, and final-agreement provisions stated in this policy.

Customer Responsibility for Button Selections

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing each offer, product description, upgrade description, price, fee, order summary, and purchase button before making a selection.

Selecting a clearly labeled button that identifies the purchase and its price constitutes the customer’s affirmative authorization to complete that transaction.

This applies whether the selection is made using a mouse, trackpad, keyboard, touchscreen, mobile phone, tablet, computer, accessibility device, or another input method controlled by the customer.

A mistaken, rushed, unintended, or accidental button selection made by the customer does not, by itself, make the resulting transaction fraudulent or unauthorized.

Failure to read information displayed immediately beside, above, or within a purchase button does not cancel the customer’s authorization after the customer selects that button.

Customers should not select a purchase or upgrade button unless they intend to purchase the identified product at the displayed price.

Account, Device, and Payment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining control and security of their:

• Email accounts;
• Store and customer accounts;
• Payment methods;
• Computers, mobile phones, and tablets;
• Browsers and active browser sessions; and
• Passwords, login credentials, and saved payment information.

Customers are responsible for purchases completed by another person whom they knowingly permit to use their account, device, browser session, or payment method.

Allowing a family member, household member, employee, assistant, caregiver, or another person to use a device, account, or payment method does not automatically make a resulting purchase unauthorized.

Failure to sign out, secure a device, protect a password, supervise a permitted user, or remove saved payment information does not create a voluntary right to a refund.

Claims involving genuine third-party fraud or account compromise will be reviewed using reasonably available records and handled as required by applicable law and payment-network requirements.

$9.99 Digital Download Fee

A one-time $9.99 USD Digital Download Fee applies to each applicable order. The fee and complete order total are displayed before payment is completed.

The Digital Download Fee is not a subscription or recurring charge.

The Digital Download Fee supports:

• Secure digital fulfillment;
• File hosting and storage;
• Fast and reliable download delivery;
• Customer access systems;
• Platform maintenance and security; and
• Technical and delivery assistance.

The Digital Download Fee becomes final and non-refundable when the associated digital products are delivered or made accessible.

Failure to use or download the product does not make the Digital Download Fee refundable. If the complete order qualifies for a legally required refund, the fee will be handled as required by the applicable law or payment rule.

Exclusive Limited Remedies

The following are the only voluntary remedies offered by Bible for Young Minds after digital delivery:

Strict Request Deadline

Any request seeking review under an expressly stated remedy must be submitted within two calendar days of purchase, unless a longer deadline is legally required.

Requests submitted after this period are ineligible for a voluntary refund, replacement, credit, exchange, or other accommodation.

Continuing to use, download, access, copy, print, or distribute a product after discovering an alleged problem may be considered when evaluating the request.

Required Information

All requests must be submitted to support@bibleforyoungminds.com and include:

• The customer’s full name;
• The order number;
• The email address used at checkout;
• Proof of purchase;
• A specific and complete explanation of the issue;
• Relevant screenshots or error messages;
• The device and software used to access the product, where relevant; and
• Any additional information reasonably requested to verify or investigate the claim.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Incomplete, unsupported, misleading, or untimely requests may be denied.

Review and Final Internal Decision

Bible for Young Minds will determine whether a request qualifies under the express terms of this agreement based on reasonably available information and records.

Bible for Young Minds’ written determination is final for all voluntary refund, replacement, credit, exchange, and accommodation requests submitted directly to the business.

A denial will not be reconsidered merely because the customer disagrees with this policy, repeats the same request, changes the description of an accidental selection, or contacts Bible for Young Minds through a different channel.

If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.

Access to a refunded product may be disabled immediately. The customer must delete downloaded copies and may not continue using, copying, sharing, printing, uploading, or distributing refunded material.

Non-Refundable Situations

Except where a different result is legally required, refunds, credits, cancellations, or exchanges will not be provided because of:

• A change of mind after purchase;
• Buyer’s remorse;
• Accidentally clicking, tapping, or selecting a clearly labeled purchase, add-on, or upgrade button;
• Purchasing the same product, package, version, add-on, or upgrade more than once;
• Purchasing the incorrect product, package, or version;
• Failure to read a product description, upgrade description, price, fee, offer, or purchase button;
• Failure to review an order before submitting it;
• A purchase made by someone permitted to use the customer’s device, account, browser session, or payment method;
• Failure to secure a device, account, email address, password, browser session, or payment method;
• Failure to use, access, or download a successfully delivered product;
• Deleting, losing, or misplacing a downloaded file;
• Failure to check spam, junk, promotions, or other email folders;
• Providing an incorrect email address at checkout;
• Lack of commonly available software required to open a standard digital file;
• Lack of technical knowledge needed to download, open, print, or use a standard file;
• Printer, ink, paper, screen, storage, internet, or device limitations;
• Differences in colors caused by monitor, printer, paper, ink, browser, or device settings;
• A preference for a different design, format, layout, translation, color, font, organization, or presentation;
• Disagreement with the product’s educational, religious, devotional, or interpretive content;
• Failure to achieve an expected educational, spiritual, family, teaching, or personal result;
• Finding similar information or materials elsewhere;
• Later deciding that the product or $59.99 upgrade is unnecessary;
• The customer’s financial circumstances changing after purchase;
• Failure to obtain permission before using another person’s payment method; or
• Sharing, copying, redistributing, reselling, uploading, publishing, or otherwise misusing a digital product.

Educational and Religious Information

Bible for Young Minds products are provided for general educational, devotional, and informational purposes.

Individual beliefs, interpretations, denominations, educational needs, reading levels, family circumstances, and learning outcomes may vary.

Bible for Young Minds does not guarantee a particular educational, behavioral, spiritual, family, classroom, or personal result.

A disagreement with the content, interpretation, teaching approach, design, or presentation does not make a digital product defective or refundable.

Intellectual Property and Product Access

All purchased materials are licensed to the customer for personal, household, classroom, or other use expressly permitted in the applicable product description. No ownership rights are transferred through a purchase.

Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, share, resell, upload, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials beyond the permission expressly provided with the product.

Unauthorized use or distribution may result in immediate termination of access and other action permitted by law. Termination resulting from misuse does not create eligibility for a refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Bible for Young Minds before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so the issue can be investigated.

Bible for Young Minds reserves the right to respond to a payment dispute with relevant records, including:

• Offer and checkout disclosures;
• Displayed prices, fees, and button wording;
• Affirmative purchase and upgrade records;
• Order confirmations;
• Delivery and email records;
• Access and download records;
• Account, IP, browser, and device information where lawfully collected;
• The policy in effect at the time of purchase; and
• Relevant customer communications.

When the product or upgrade, price, fee, and purchase action were clearly disclosed, a claim that the customer clicked or tapped the purchase button accidentally may be disputed using the applicable purchase and delivery records.

Fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension of access to current or future products and may be contested through the applicable payment provider.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a payment-dispute right that cannot legally be waived.

Final and Complete Refund Agreement

This agreement, together with the applicable product or upgrade description, displayed checkout terms, order summary, and Bible for Young Minds Terms of Service, constitutes the complete and final agreement between the customer and Bible for Young Minds regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, cancellations, digital delivery, upgrades, and the Digital Download Fee.

It replaces prior or contemporaneous informal discussions, assumptions, expectations, or communications concerning voluntary refunds unless a separate written guarantee was expressly issued by Bible for Young Minds for the specific transaction.

No customer-service conversation, social-media message, advertisement comment, oral statement, or informal communication changes this agreement.

Any exception or modification must be stated in writing and expressly approved by an authorized representative of Bible for Young Minds.

A decision to make an exception for one customer or transaction does not require Bible for Young Minds to make the same exception for another customer or transaction.

Failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

For all voluntary refund decisions made directly by Bible for Young Minds, this written agreement is the final controlling policy.

Rights That Cannot Be Waived

Nothing in this agreement excludes a right or remedy that applicable law expressly prohibits a business or consumer from waiving.

If a non-waivable requirement directly conflicts with a provision of this agreement, only the conflicting provision will be limited to the minimum extent required. Every remaining provision will continue to apply.

Changes to This Agreement

Bible for Young Minds may update this agreement to reflect changes to its products, practices, technology, or obligations.

The version displayed and accepted when the purchase is completed will generally govern that transaction.
